Snow & Ice Removal Proposal

Residential & Commercial

  1. Introduction  This proposal outlines the snow removal services offered by Faithful Steward Property Management & Development for the upcoming winter season. Our goal is to ensure safe and accessible walkways, parking lots, and other areas by providing timely and efficient snow and ice management. 

 2. Services Offered  

A. Snow Removal  Walkways:  Clear all walkways of snow accumulation to ensure safe passage for pedestrians.  Use shovels and snow blowers for efficient removal.   Parking Lots:  Plow and clear parking lots to maintain accessibility for vehicles.  Ensure designated parking spaces are visible and accessible.  

B. Ice Management  Sand and Salt Application:  Apply a mixture of sand and salt to walkways and parking lots to prevent ice formation.  Animal Paw Friendly, Calcium or Nitrogen Fertilizers can be used in place of salt.  Monitor weather conditions and apply as needed to ensure safety.    

3. Service Schedule  Pre-Storm Preparation:  Monitor weather forecasts to prepare for incoming snow events.  Stage equipment.   Post-Storm Response:  Begin snow removal within 2 hours after snowfall ends or upon the accumulation of 4 inches.    Provide continuous monitoring and maintenance throughout the storm as necessary.    

4. Pricing Structure  Monthly Fee: $[insert monthly fee] for comprehensive snow removal services, including all visits and applications throughout the winter season.   

5. Terms and Conditions  Contract Duration: This proposal is valid for the winter season from [start date] to [end date].  Payment Terms: Payment is due monthly.  Cancellation Policy: Contract may be canceled NLT 24 hrs prior to a predicted snow event.
